Like the apartments
themselves, the common area is looked over by 24-hour security
and
maintained by the Bangla Suites to the highest of standards.
Rental
Guarantee Income
During the first three years from opening, we will guarantee you a
return of not less than 7% per annum if you never use your unit and
give it back to us to rent out.
Should things change you can stay there any time for a mere 40% of
the price what others pay to stay there, whether nightly, weekly or
monthly. You give it to us, we pay you 60% of the income and do the
servicing pay the bills and cleaning etc..
You own the apartment for an amount of time each year, whether all
year or in intervals of 1/13 (4 weekly intervals are the minimum
ownership period).
To enter the rental
programme, the unit must have the Bangla Suites luxury furniture
package (click here for more details) and we need advanced
notification at least one month to join the programme.
