In Thailand, persons of Foreign origin (non-Thai passport holders) may still own in their own name a condominium without the need for Thai partners or to put the unit in the control of 51% of unknown partners.

 

How to buy ?

Simple – Once you decide to go ahead with your purchase, you only need to complete the Reservation Form and pay the 100,000 THB reservation fee.

 

We will process the Purchase Agreement with the Management Agreement and supply you with the Rules for the Property.

You will then receive our full sales kit which includes the following:

Payment Schedule
