Bangla Suites are full serviced apartments not hotel rooms. In Thailand,
persons of Foreign origin (non-Thai passport holders) may still own in
their own name a condominium without the need for Thai partners or to
put the unit in the control of 51% of unknown partners.
Simple – Once you decide to go ahead with your purchase, you
complete the Reservation Form and pay the 100,000 THB reservation
fee.
We will process the Purchase Agreement, Management Agreement and
supply you with the Rules for the Property. You will then receive
our full sales kit which includes the following:
Purchase Agreement
Management Agreement
Floor Plan for your unit
Contact Details
Legal Letter – 14 days legal advice / second opinion letter (to go
to lawyer and get all our paperwork checked)
Payment schedule – should your lawyer be happy with our paperwork,
make the payment of 10% less 100,000 THB to one of the accounts
mentioned in paperwork
